All orders will be processed within 2 business days after receiving payment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Our shipping costs vary depending on the size and type of the item(s) you order. The following shipping rates apply:

    • Smaller Items (e.g., decor, small furnishings): Ships for $20.
    • Medium-Sized Items (e.g., side tables): Ships for $80.
    • Larger Items (e.g., large furniture pieces like coffee tables): Ships for $150 to $200.
    • Oversized Items (e.g., entertainment consoles, teak root console tables): Ships for $350 to $500.

Please Note: Shipping rates for oversized items will be determined based on the delivery location. Once your order is placed, we will get a shipping quote and contact you with the updated shipping cost accordingly.

  1. Shipping Charges and Payment:

In the event that the website does not automatically calculate or charge you for the correct shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the correct shipping charges.

Please note: No products will be dispatched unless the full shipping charges are paid.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
